About 'dairy milk fat content'|Whole Milk or Low Fat The Answer's Not Clear.
The Dairy Milk Double Choc bar has recently joined the Cadbury's family along with all the other traditional favourites. Indulge your sweet tooth as you try this delicious chocolate bar! I recently came across the Dairy Milk Double Choc by Cadbury's during my recent trip home to the UK. As I perused my local market, I came across this chocolate bar and thought it sounded good. I expected "double choc" to mean a solid chocolate crunch to the bar with an extra layer of chocolate, but it was not quite what I was expecting. Taste After I had completed my main meal, I tried Dairy Milk Double Choc by Cadbury's. It was divided into segments, as I expected. But I was not expecting the velvety smoothness of the centre of the chocolate bar. It was a soft, gooey, chocolate centre. I enjoyed this taste very much. It reminded me of caramel, except for the fact that it was chocolate instead. I regretted only buying one of these chocolate bars. Nutrition Unfortunately, this is not a low fat snack, so the following nutrition information may not be to everyone's preference. There are 220 kcal in each chocolate bar and 23.3g of sugar or 11% of a person's daily allowance. As such, this product would not be suitable for diabetes. There are also 6.5g of saturated fat in each serving, which is 32.4% of the daily saturated fat recommendation in the UK. The salt content is just 0.2g or 3.9%, which is quite low. Suitable for Vegetarians A lot of sweet snacks are not suitable for vegetarian consumption as animal fat is used in the manufacture of the products. This can be rather frustrating for vegetarians who still want to enjoy a sweet treat between meals or following their main meal as a dessert. Fortunately, Dairy Milk Double Choc by Cadbury's is suitable for vegetarians. Further Information If you would like to find out more about this, or any other, Cadbury's product, simply visit the website at www.cadburys.co.uk or write to Cadbury Trebor Bassett, PO BOX 7008, Bournville, Birmingham B30 2PT, UK. Recommendation I enjoyed eating Dairy Milk Double Choc by Cadbury's. The chocolate bar was rich and tasty and the velvety smooth centre was delicious. But I would also recommend exercising caution when eating this chocolate bar. It is rather high in saturated fat and sugar and is not suitable for a low fat diet or for diabetics. But it is nice to reserve this chocolate bar for a rare treat, preferably after meals when blood sugar levels are more stable. |
